The apartment counts two bedrooms. a bathroom, living room-kitchen and a very spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, with table to eat and sofas to watch the sunset. There is high speed wifi and a desk with a chair to be able to work from the apartment. It has air conditioners in the living room and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. The apartment is located a few meters from Playa Americas, one of the most famous on the island for the atmosphere that is both day and night.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
