A proximité a 5 min à pied : boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants, petit centre médical, supermarché et le centre commercial X-Sur avec cinéma et restaurants. Club de tennis a 300m.

Lotus villa

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to Playa de Las Americas and the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall where you can buy all that you need like food (fresh fish and meat), clothes, shoes and with a nice food-court. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security.
