This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security. we´re responsible for ensuring that our listing is safe and compliant with safety regulations.
