This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Lavadora, plancha, smart TV, wifi y mucho más para que disfrutéis de una experiencia plena.

Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.
