It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

The functionally furnished apartment with its private terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. Views to the ocean, sunbeds. Around 20 min to the beach. It is located on the top floor and has separate entrance. Free public parking by the complex.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
