This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
