Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Washington

The host was very communicative and responsive, and the check-in process was flexible and smooth. The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. My friends and I had a wonderful holiday here — highly recommended!

Jim was very pleasant. He communicated with us very well. Toddler friendly home. Very good about answering questions. Had a good stay. Would stay again. Older house but comfortable at a good rate.

This apartment on the uppger lever of Janet’s home was very cute and had a real charm to it being built in the earls 1900. The garden and sitting area were lovely where we enjoyed a nice lunch among the beautiful trees, flowers and birds. The kitchen had everything we needed but be aware that there’s no stove available. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was roomy. The only minor issue was occasional low water pressure for the shower and kitchen sink but it all worked well if you are a bit patient. Janet is super friendly, accommodating and proactive and gave us a nice banana bread and coffee for our first breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place unless you have difficulty climbing stairs.

We enjoyed our stay in the Greenlake area of Seattle. Betty helped us navigate the public transport system and gave us some great tips for things to do during our stay. Taking the time to enjoy a walk around the 2.8 mile lake is highly recommended.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We’ve all read glowing reviews that don’t turn out to be true…this is NOT that! We loved staying here!! The pictures and descriptions match the actual property. The host is very communicative, informative, and friendly. We enjoyed the backyard, fishing, the kayaks, the fire pit…gorgeous area and so peaceful! If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

This quaint Kirkland home was quiet and comfortable. The accommodations were very clean and included all basic necessities. The deck with Lake view was an added bonus. The location was perfect for walking to town or driving back streets to avoid busy roads. The individual room heaters were nice for customizing temperatures. We would highly recommend this home.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bungalow! The space is very comfortable, even for an extended visit, and the kitchen is fully functional with anything you'd need to cook and prepare food, and the bathroom is spacious (luxurious even!) with a soaking tub and shower. Roland is an incredible host - not only is he so friendly, he's ultra responsive no matter the question or request. He truly made us feel welcome, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the visit. Added perk - this unit has a walk out to a private gated garden that is a peaceful slice of privacy (& also convenience if you have a pet) that was an added perk. Thanks for a great stay, Roland!

Excellent location, beautiful views of Lake Washington, super simple checkin/checkout and the host is very pet friendly! Our 10 year old collie stayed with us during this 2 week trip, much better than boarding him and we loved the neighborhood for walks too! 10/10, would highly recommend if you're in the area or traveling with a pet.

Our stay at Serene Shadow Lake was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake with the eagles, humming birds,and geese, loved listening to the song birds, and frogs. Felt at home and slept like a dream. Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

Alex's place was ideal for our five-day stay in Seattle. It is located near the freeway, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a secluded feel. It is close to restaurants and parks, and it's an easy drive downtown. The garden apartment is clean and very comfortable, with a shared laundry facility and MANY great amenities. (Frankly, more than I have seen in almost any other Airbnb, and we are frequency travelers.) We did a lot of hiking in the area and made good use of the wide array of great snacks. The bed is a comfortable king, also something that's hard to find in smaller Seattle homes. We appreciated the attention to details, comfortable sitting area with a large TV, slippers, robes and throws. Though we went through a heat advisory while there, the apartment was cool and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the potted herb garden at the entrance, and easy check-in/out experience. The apartment looks on onto the lake and it was very nice to sit out on the patio watching sea planes and boaters. The interior was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. I felt the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy parking right out front. While the apartment is on a busy road, it was not disruptive and it didn't bother us at all during the night. The communication was great and proactive. I would definitely stay here again!

Thomas's location was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment was not just what we needed; it felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, and we felt comfortable. Thomas was a great host. He communicated that the apartment was ready for us when we arrived and that we could check in earlier than the usual check-in time. We did not meet the first day we arrived, but he came down to introduce himself the next morning, and we had a friendly chat to discuss our plans for our visit to the area. This location is ideal for anyone who plans to visit the city to attend any events held at T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field, as the routes to the area are simple and easy to get to. Plus, it is a good location to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, with easy access to major roadways. I will consider Thomas's location again for future travels to Seattle.

Truly enjoyed this location as a place to reset. It's a dream view when you wake up and get up in the morning. Hope to come back here soon.

Our Seattle stay with family was bookended by two weekend stays at Gabbie’s - felt completely comfortable each time and enjoyed the new patio and all the gorgeous trees flowers and fruit and veggie gardens. We’ll be back!

Superhost rankings are well earned (and I've found) well deserved. Shelly is a Superhost for a reason. The Lake House in the Woods is everything that you'd expect from a premium listing. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and yes, the star of the show is most definitely the lake view showcased by majestic Mt. Ranier on the horizon. During our stay, each night ended with a dip in the hot tub alongside cocktails. If the ultimate endorsement is time spent at an Airbnb - we asked Shelly to extend our stay - twice. We'll be back!

I visited the cottage to escape the city for a few days. This place is absolutely adorable— completely drenched in natural sunlight. It manages to maintain its historical charm while also feeling modern. I did some remote work during the visit & the WiFi worked perfectly— I could even get signal sitting outside. It was a little too chilly to take advantage of the water, but even just sitting outside on the floating dock or the balcony provided a lot of peace. This place is the perfect mixture of providing a secluded feel while still being just a short drive to grocery/ restaurants. I truly loved my stay here & am already trying to figure out when I might be back!

We had a great time. I worked at a local hospital nearby and so it was nice and convenient for the timing. And how far I had to drive. The stay was nice and well. We're there. The shower had broke and within a few hours. We got a response and they came out and replaced the unit so that we could actually used the shower which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. We especially liked that. We could access the local lake within a 5 minute drive or even a 10 minute walk if you're quick.

Waking up and seeing the mountain across the inlet with the sun shining and deer walking by is an experience like no other! The cabin was peaceful, beautifully appointed, and private without being inaccessible. Wendy is a fantastic host with great communication skills and super proactive . She brought extra supplies without being asked and gave perfect recommendations for sightseeing and meals. You won’t find a kinder host! The place is a lovely size for two with a full kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. There’s a deck and fire pit and anything else you might want for indoor or outdoor relaxation. That said, the place needs a deep clean. It’s everyday clean , but we sent a list of issues with kitchen and bathroom. Nothing super major and might have been fine for a shorter stay and she did offer to become and re clean, but I’d already cleaned . As she had a long contract with penalties for misplacing garbage and other warnings about cleanliness I expected a spotless space.

I wish we had had more time in Lake Tapps and our stay there. You couldn’t ask for a better lakeside view and sunsets! The space was a good size for two adults and was in great condition. Very clean. Complimentary snacks and available use of kayaks, SUPs, fire pit, etc. were a nice touch, even if we didn’t get the chance to utilize all of them! Suzy was super nice and super responsive. If we find ourselves in or around Seattle again, I hope we can go back!

Beautiful location!! Nice and quiet with a real pretty view of the lake. Hot tub was also super nice in the rainy afternoon :) 10/10 recommend!
