New Build Montlake Studio near University of Washington

Greet the day under a glorious rain shower in the mosaic- and tile-bedecked shower area. Back in the main living space, the many windows and vaulted ceilings ensure plenty of morning light. Privacy is also a given in this bright detached property. There are a lot of windows to bring in the light and sunshine. It is a spacious area with a modern look with all new construction and appliances. It is quiet with quick access to the main road. Extra twin air mattress and pack-n-play available upon request and for an additional $10 each. We are available via text or phone. Nestled in-between the Montlake cut and the Seattle Yacht Club, this studio is near many parks, including the Arboretum, Portage Bay, and Japanese Gardens. Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.
