Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Washington

This Airbnb was amazing. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, beautifully designed and full of amenities. The view was our favorite, which you get from all the rooms on the main story. Relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub was the highlight. We also loved cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoying as much time as we could in the home. Shannon was an excellent host, with thoughtful touches in the home including a gift for our little one and recommendations for parks for him. She was quick to respond to messages and always friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here, do it! You won’t regret it.

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

The place is beautiful. It is definitely a gem in the middle of the forest. The outdoors is amazing with a small creek running right along side the property. The host is incredibly nice and responds quickly. The queen bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure perfect. The place was super clean. The kitchen was great and had a full size fridge. There was plenty of supplies. We always bring our own toiletries but she had just about anything someone would need. The sofa bed was not comfortable but we made it work by just sleeping on the sofa which was comfortable. For some, the rental might need some updates(furniture) but we loved it. It was a little piece of heaven. It looks like something out of a story book. Don't try to get in there with a big vehicle, it might be a challenge. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy and they were very accommodating to early check in. The home was very clean and the interior was decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. There were a lot of things that were included that typically aren’t in an Airbnb. Loved the inclusion of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bryan’s place felt like home! It was so clean and calm. The kitchen was any chefs dream. I was able to unwind, read, relax and cook. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. I loved the style and flow of the home too. Bryan was very friendly and easy to communicate with- he sent a lot of recommendations for the area as well.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

I definitely recommend staying in Kristi’s airbnb. The property is absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from everything you need. Kristi herself was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her cute little dog Cookie was possibly my favorite part of the stay. 10/10 experience, I will be booking her airbnb again next time I come out to seattle.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Fifi’s place is a comfortable, fully-equipped, and roomy studio with a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. No matter the time of day or situation, Fifi stays in touch with her guests to help them feel at home. The studio’s location is both safe and very convenient, within walking distance of a wide variety of places to eat, grocery stores, and the University of Washington. During your stay, make sure to visit the nearby Gas Works Park, with a phenomenal view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle. Would stay again anytime.

Everything was organized, very clean, and modern. I was happy staying there. The area was nice and felt very safe.

The apartment was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing — like a little home away from home.

the facility is great. Very clean, quiet, well done and great location close to our son's home. We were there for our youngest grandson's High School graduation. Loved the place!!

You can see from the pictures that Karla’s place is beautifully decorated with whimsy and joy! We cooked in the lovely, well stocked kitchen and loved doing art together at the huge dining table, set in a room full of windows that seems hung among the trees! With so many Airbnb’s (especially in Seattle, for some reason) run by a company, often soulless and barely adequate, this home was the opposite: exquisite, every detail attended to, bathroom and kitchen generously stocked, and around every corner a surprise design element We walked the neighborhood and slept soundly in the bed. I hope to stay here again!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is very nice and clean just like the pictures…lots of lighting with blackout curtains for full privacy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Seattle again. Bryce is also very responsive.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

The location is great. The parking was very handy. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely come back here.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Nick has a perfect spot for a quick stay before a flight out of SeaTac. Easy peasy!

We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

Such a great place I hesitate to write a review as I want to keep this place to ourselves. Very walkable to many things including the public market. We purchased fresh flowers the day we arrived, bakeries, bars, fruit, restaurants, specialty one of a kind shops abound. Full kitchen, deep tub, work space and comfortable bed. There is a clear view of Puget Sound from the living room and balcony. Will definitely stay here again.
