Newly remodeled centrally located garden level mother in law studio in Central District. Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Pass provided. *We do our own cleaning, so intentionally keep the fee low.

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.
