Apartment holiday rentals in Lake Washington

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Gerry and Walter went out of their way to make me feel right at home and I appreciated the many thoughtful touches and amenities. The whole area is so peaceful and quiet. I spent quite a bit of time on the patio admiring the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent 7-day stay at Yuzhuo's place. Located in a very safe and tranquil neighborhood, the ADU unit provided a highly private and comfortable experience. The pantry was impressively well-stocked with a wide range of kitchenware and essentials, which was incredibly convenient. We found both the queen-sized bed and the futon to be very comfortable for sleeping. Yuzhuo is an outstanding host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was impeccably clean when we arrived, and thoughtful touches like ample laundry and dishwasher detergent were much appreciated. While there were a couple of minor technical glitches with the WiFi, Yuzhuo's quick assistance ensured we were back online promptly. We would absolutely recommend Yuzhuo's place and look forward to staying there again.

Great stay! the unobstructed view of the lake was so relaxing. The home is well-kept and cozy. The walk up is a bit treacherous, so be prepared. There is also a lot in back where you could drive in to unload for a less taxing experience. Laura was so communicative and kind. I will certainly stay again.

Janice was super responsive. The cottage was very comfortable. Only issue was early morning chainsaw action by a neighbor on Friday, but otherwise my experience was very calming and the view is pretty. Lastly, the cookies were awesome! Thank you!!!

Great place to stay while in Seattle. Love how close it was to local Queer Spots and places to eat. Everything seemed to always be just a few minutes away. The apartment is really cute a cozy. Host really paid attention to making it feel welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to instructions shared. I loved being able to use the gym located on the first floor too. There’s construction sky folding in front of the building, but there was no noise or anything that was heard from the apartment. It was on the other side of building. The fire place was so cozy!! Loved staying here. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place, only a 15 minute drive to touristy things in downtown Seattle, and got to have a taste of the local community with the great recommendations Tim gave!

We had a great time in Seattle. Eva was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and have everything as mentioned on the description.

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, this was a good stay! We were traveling from out of state, and Tuan’s place was a good home base for a couple of nights. Transportation from the airport was easy, check-in was smooth, and it was within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see/do. The bed was very comfortable, and while there is some noise outside (busy street), it is nothing out of the ordinary for a major city. Tuan was both responsive and helpful. My only wish was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit better. I would stay here again if visiting Seattle again!

We hit the jackpot with this stay. My father in law was at UWMC and Debbie’s beautiful home was blocks away. We did not need to rent a car. Took the light rail from SeaTac to University station and walked to and from the hospital. Debbie was an excellent host. Very responsive to my communication and made us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. I definitely recommend!

Rebecca thought of everything! From appliances to TVs to snacks to posted signs and helpful hints, nothing was amiss. I would definitely stay again. BTW the apartment is extremely roomy. Next time I will come with my husband--way better than a hotel.

This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

This is an absolutely fabulous place. It’s close to downtown North Bend where local eateries and shops reside. The house was on a fairly quiet street, was modern and clean, had a great deck and hot tub area and included a BBQ. It felt like a home away from home. Not only was the place great, Rick was too. He is very responsive, provides very detailed information, answered all questions, and the instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for the great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing location, so convenient and incredible views. The apartment was lovely too.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming casita, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, steps away from the water, offering breathtaking views of the Olympics and a serene atmosphere. The casita itself is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. The interior was spotless, the large windows let in plenty of natural light and a espectacular view. We especially enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the patio and we were lucky enough to spot two seals and a group of dolphins. Had no idea we had dolphins in Washington. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations.

Our stay Angela‘s Aphrodite Airbnb was fabulous! Angela is a gem! You can tell from her home that she cares about her guests’ comfort. Every request we had was met with friendliness and responsiveness. I highly recommend her place. :)

We loved out stay at Ballart House. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in the area and for excursions into Seattle. We found super cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance from the house.
