The Stained Glass House near Manito Park

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

The Brick House

The Brick House is a spacious, freshly remodeled daylight basement apartment packed with amenities and located in a quiet neighborhood on Spokane's South Hill. You can check in anytime after 4 pm using the private outdoor entrance. It is only a 3 minute drive up the hill from I-90 and plenty of street parking is available. Up to 4 people can stay; we have included a queen bed, and queen airbed. Annalise and Andrew are readily available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress.
