Guesthouse holiday rentals in Lake Washington

We loved staying at Matt and Sharon’s guest house. It was cozy and a short walk from the beach. They set up wood for us on the beach to start a fire so we could roast marshmallows with the kids. They alerted us about low tide in AM which was super fun for kids to get to walk super far out. They were always very responsive and helpful with any questions. The house itself was perfect for our one-night getaway. Would love to come back!

We found Mary’s place to be very peaceful and a good place to unwind and relax. The view are amazing and the walks you can go on just around Mary’s place is outstanding, although bring your A Game as some of,the hills are steep. Mary left us a nice package of home made chocolate chip cookies on arrival, they didn’t last very long. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot and this is my go-to Airbnb! Extremely comfortable, clean, and in a great and quiet neighborhood!

Justin and Lauren’s home was very nice…clean and well appointed. Great parking…right outside the front door. Off the street. They are stellar at communication. Could not have been a faster response time. Very eager to make your stay the best.

Small but perfect for the 2 of us to chill and check out Seattle before our Alaskan cruise. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy. Quiet neighborhood, came with all the basic amenities and enjoy that all the resturants and coffee shops were within walking distance.

This place is truly a magical area and wonderful place to stay. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights right from the front door of this air bnb. It is located close to many beautiful hikes and the hosts even provided park passes so we didn’t have to worry about a ticket. I would stay here 1000 times over we loved it! Perfect in many ways for our visit with good friends who live on the island.

The tiny house was emasculate and staying there was a dream. The decor was impeccable and the fire pit was an absolute highlight. Five stars all around. Loved it.

This place was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! There were 5 of us for two nights and had no issues whatsoever. We were close to everything we did in Seattle and had everything we needed. Host was extremely communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice for evening strolls. Mostly a residential area, but I could walk to some restaurants if I wanted. It's an easy drive to most things you would need. Loved the little patio and the lake view.

Nichelle’s place was peaceful and a perfect place to recharge after a late flight. We appreciated Nichelle’s proactive communication. The space is perfect for two with bonus of an elevated sense of design- a great space!

The stay was amazing, very easy, not far from the city and still beautiful to just walk and explore. Our host was gracious enough to allow my friend and I to stay some time past our check out due to our flight being much later in the day than we had fully expected. Would definitely recommend! Very quiet area as well, slept very comfortably throughout the night! 10/10 would stay again:)

We are so glad to have chosen Alki instead of downtown Seattle, it is very close to downtown and the parking is free in Alki. Kristen and Stuarts place was very clean and beautiful. It was also quiet and has nice outside seating. The bed is super comfortable. The coffee provided was perfect. Many wonderful amenities including tea. I will always remember our visit as enjoyable and beyond.

Magnolia has always been a favorite of mine, so the opportunity to stay here in Carly & Brian’s space was truly a pleasure. They are fantastic hosts — such a clean, welcoming space. I was in town for a wedding weekend and was in search of something private and serene. My morning walks were oh so peaceful. Everybody in the neighborhood is incredibly friendly (including the neighbor who noted my trouble locating the AirBnB and gave me clear instructions. I also have a new favorite wine as gifted to me by the hosts. If you are considering staying here, let this be your sign to book your stay - you will leave wanting to book it once more! Super cute place. We were there for a weekend and were out and about most of the days but it was a great little place to come back too and relax. No issues at all with access or locations. Everything we needed to get in and stay was provided well in advance. Great place, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This home is in our top 3 of Airbnb. Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck or back yard zen zone! Free onsite and safe parking. We will be back!

My wife took her WSET-3 in Woodenville and Hamish’s cottage was in a great location for this purpose. It felt very safe and quant for us and our dog. There was also many walking paths on the property to walk our dog. If we are ever in the area again we would book again. Thank you for having us!
