Holiday rentals with a patio in La Madeleine, Nice

A most magical place. Thank you for a beautiful, perfectly located, and generous accommodations. We were so comfortable and enchanted with being able to stay here. It was clean and inviting. We appreciate the communication, ease in getting situated, and the hospitality of snacks and drinks. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Great little place with an amazing view. I think it’s a great spot for families. However, if you’re traveling with friends, the place does mentioned 1.5 bathrooms but in actuality none of them are full bathrooms. One is a powder where the shower is, but no toilet. The second is only a bathroom with a toilet and a small sink. Parking is available in the gated premises, however it is very difficult to find a spot and/or you’ll need to be pretty damn good at parking in tight spaces. Don’t rent a big car! Luckily I was traveling with some extremely skilled drivers :) If you decide to not rent a car, the area is still very walkable. Great dining just 20 minutes walk away. Could be difficult for those who have trouble walking up hill, know that the apartment is on a hill (which is why it has great views!). The place is immaculate with modern renovations. You can tell there’s a lot of thought put into the amenities. Very comfortable stay over all. Definitely worth the price.

We stayed at Edi’s for a week in June and I could not recommend it more. The most accommodating and responsive host, beautiful apartment perfectly located. We will be back!

What a wonderful stay. We felt very grateful that we had chosen Sonny’s place. Incredible unit but what made it even better was her communication. She helped us secure a transfer from the airport and provided recommendations on how best to travel around Nice. Sonny also checked in on us and was more than happy to assist at anytime with anything that we needed. Nothing but positive recommendations from us!

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We had a great time at Alexandra's place. It was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, and she was really welcoming.

Sylvain and Clara were brilliant hosts. They sent lots of instructions before arriving which were slightly difficult to figure out but they were so responsive and replied to any concerns very quickly helping fix that issue. The place was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in it. Everything we wanted was walking distance from the apartment and very close to the train station.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elisabeth et Clinton. Très bien accueillies, nous avons été surprises de voir à quel point la chambre était impeccable. Nous étions autonomes, de l'entrée dans le logement jusqu'au petit déjeuner, grâce à toutes les petites attentions laissées dans la chambre, c'était tout simplement parfait ! Je recommande pleinement ce logement et je remercie personnellement Elisabeth et Clinton pour cette incroyable prestation qui vaux largement le prix :). Bonne continuation à vous !

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Impeccable séjour passé chez Sandra. Le logement était agréable, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits sans devoir faire trop de kilomètres. Sandra était disponible quand il le fallait et nous a bien conseillé.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Nous avons adoré ce petit cocon au calme, avec une terrasse donnant sur un jardin très arboré et fleuri, et une belle vue sur la ville. Et tout ça en étant au coeur du vieux Nice, avec tout accessible à pied ou en tram. L'appartement à tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour et Ghislaine a été très réactive et claire dans sa communication. Un grand merci. Je reviendrai avec plaisir à mon prochain passage à Nice.

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.
