Apartment holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Apartment very well located 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Very bright and very clean accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Léo and Romain’s place was great! We stayed for 8 nights and checked in late on the first evening, they were super flexible and allowed us to check in past the times they stated. The property itself was really clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The view is stunning! They also left us with lots of soap, toilet paper, etc so we didn’t need to buy it. Location wise it is good because the tram is right next to the apartment, only like 5 minutes down the road. The tram can lead you to the centre of town and the airport within 10-20 minutes and it’s super affordable! Overall, the experience was great from start to finish, and I would recommend this to anyone staying in Nice :)

Just as described and pictures were accurate, the hosts communicated very well. The tram is a quick 2 min walk from the front door. You have a grocery store across the street and your a 5-10 min walk to some really good restaurants. Great location and the washer and dryer is such a bonus!

The place is comfortable, clean, and has a good location. Near the accommodation there are greengrocers, super markets and restaurants. Nico's attention was excellent, super clear with the instructions and very friendly.

Nathalie’s place is in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, markets and theSea. The elevator was perfect for getting the luggage to and from the apartment, but the stairs are also wide and not too steep. The living area is huge with 3 couches, lots of windows for air flow. We loved relaxing in the big room. The kitchen is nice for prepping food from the market, utI wouldn’t want to cook a full meal. Also, the counters are much higher than I was used to but manageable. The beds were comfortable. We loved how much light was in the space! Even on an overcast day, you had a ton of natural light. I would stay here again.

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location in Nice to get everywhere. Near the train station (2 minutes' walk) and 10-15-20 minutes from all the rest of Nice (beach, old Nice, city centre, port). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ultra clean, well-equipped, cute accommodation, balcony with chairs, beautiful view and sunny. Elevator to go up. Good recommendations from hosts for restaurants nearby. Great recommendation for your stay on the Côte d'Azur! Everything was perfect!

Triet is a very kind person, and greeting us at the place when we arrived. He provide very detail instruction of the place and nearby in the city, which is very helpful. The place is very clean and convenient and have all the amenity we need. It is also very comfortable and quiet. The location is easy to access and steps away from the tram station, which can take you to downtown, train station and airport. The beach is just minutes away and you can walk all the way along the beach to city centre in a pleasant day. It is also not far from the airport, which takes about 10-15 min by tram. In overall, the host is great and the place is fantastic and highly recommended to anyone who like to visit Nice or nearby like Monaco or Cannes

It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Milana’s place was perfect for a 10 day holiday - located just couple steps away from the beach. The apartment was very beautiful and clean. Even though the apartment itself isn’t big, it’s just enough for two people and also the lovely terrace makes it feel much more spacious. Everything functioned perfectly and Milana was kind to check in during the stay. Communication with Milana was seamless and she was a perfect host. Recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

Easily accessible to tram, and promenade,Catherine was kind enough to store our Luggage for few hours.

The location was excellent, very easy to access from the train and then the short tram ride (3 mins and 2 Euros) and then a 4 min walk to the apartment. Emily met us there and was very friendly and showed us around. The apartment was very close to the beach and to Old Town. We really liked the beach mats that were there to use, I think this is normal for France but there are no beach towels so bring your own if you want to swim in the sea. We loved the kitchen, had the best ravioli from Old Town and cooked in a few nights. We loved Nice and would return. Merci!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Absolutely perfect stay. From the entrance, you can feel that this apartment has been designed with care and attention to detail. It's elegant, comfortable, very bright, and incredibly quiet despite the proximity to everything. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, very pleasant to live in, and the spa that offers a real moment of relaxation. The location is ideal, close to the beach and very good local addresses. It's rare to feel so good, so fast. Laurène's welcome was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. A very beautiful discovery that we would recommend without hesitation.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very good location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The stay was great 🤩 The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped – we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we were able to discover a lot on foot, and the train stop is only 4 minutes away. You can get to Monaco super fast and have the opportunity to reach a sandy beach in just 2 stops. The host was very kind and the check in went smoothly. Would come back anytime!🌞🌊 Best regards,
