Apartment holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

All correspondence replied to quickly. Met at apartment by Stephan, very pleasant and helpful, who showed us around apartment and arrived again when leaving. Very impressed with the apartment, very well equipped and view amazing. Area is out of Nice about 3 miles, but trams and buses directly outside apartment or on promenade. Area is quiet but enough shops to get food essentials a few good restaurants. Would highly recommend and we hope to return.

Léo and Romain’s place was great! We stayed for 8 nights and checked in late on the first evening, they were super flexible and allowed us to check in past the times they stated. The property itself was really clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The view is stunning! They also left us with lots of soap, toilet paper, etc so we didn’t need to buy it. Location wise it is good because the tram is right next to the apartment, only like 5 minutes down the road. The tram can lead you to the centre of town and the airport within 10-20 minutes and it’s super affordable! Overall, the experience was great from start to finish, and I would recommend this to anyone staying in Nice :)

El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene buena ubicación. Cerca del hospedaje hay verdulerias, súpermercados y restaurantes. La atención de Nico fue excelente, súper claro con las instrucciones y muy amable.

Just as described and pictures were accurate, the hosts communicated very well. The tram is a quick 2 min walk from the front door. You have a grocery store across the street and your a 5-10 min walk to some really good restaurants. Great location and the washer and dryer is such a bonus!

Nathalie’s place is in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, markets and theSea. The elevator was perfect for getting the luggage to and from the apartment, but the stairs are also wide and not too steep. The living area is huge with 3 couches, lots of windows for air flow. We loved relaxing in the big room. The kitchen is nice for prepping food from the market, utI wouldn’t want to cook a full meal. Also, the counters are much higher than I was used to but manageable. The beds were comfortable. We loved how much light was in the space! Even on an overcast day, you had a ton of natural light. I would stay here again.

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Parfait emplacement dans Nice pour se rendre partout. Près de la gare (2 minutes à pieds) et 10-15-20 minutes de tout le reste de Nice (plage, vieux Nice, centre-ville, port). Le quartier est sécuritaire et tranquille. Logement ultra propre, bien équipé, mignon, balcon avec chaises, belle vue et bien ensoleillé. Ascenseur pour monter. Bonnes recommandations des hôtes pour restos autour. Belle recommandation pour votre séjour sur la Côte d’Azur! Tout a été parfait!

Triet is a very kind person, and greeting us at the place when we arrived. He provide very detail instruction of the place and nearby in the city, which is very helpful. The place is very clean and convenient and have all the amenity we need. It is also very comfortable and quiet. The location is easy to access and steps away from the tram station, which can take you to downtown, train station and airport. The beach is just minutes away and you can walk all the way along the beach to city centre in a pleasant day. It is also not far from the airport, which takes about 10-15 min by tram. In overall, the host is great and the place is fantastic and highly recommended to anyone who like to visit Nice or nearby like Monaco or Cannes

Thanks Irina for the hospitality and we love the apartment ! It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Milana’s place was perfect for a 10 day holiday - located just couple steps away from the beach. The apartment was very beautiful and clean. Even though the apartment itself isn’t big, it’s just enough for two people and also the lovely terrace makes it feel much more spacious. Everything functioned perfectly and Milana was kind to check in during the stay. Communication with Milana was seamless and she was a perfect host. Recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

Unser Aufenthalt in Saads Wohnung war super! Er war immer erreichbar, sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns bei aufkommenden Schwierigkeiten unterstützt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön und der Ausstattung der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts.

The host welcomed us personally and drove us to the apartment which made check in very easy. The location was perfect for us — not in the middle of Nice but a walkable distance from everything! Beach and shops are a 10 minute walk. The tram was also 7 minutes from the place, which made travel from the airport easy. Vieux Nice was about 1.5 miles away, but if you don’t mind walking the Promenade or taking the tram, this place could be a great fit.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Séjour absolument parfait. Dès l’entrée, on sent que cet appartement a été conçu avec soin et amour du détail. C’est élégant, confortable, très lumineux, et incroyablement calme malgré la proximité de tout. On a particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, très agréable à vivre, et le spa qui offre un vrai moment de détente. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la plage et de très bonnes adresses locales. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien, aussi vite. L’accueil de Laurène a été irréprochable, à la fois discret et attentionné. Une très belle découverte que l’on recommanderait les yeux fermés.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Der Aufenthalt war super 🤩 Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war top - Wir konnten super viel zu Fuß entdecken, und die Bahn-Haltestelle ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Man ist super schnell in Monaco und hat die Möglichkeit in nur 2 Stationen an einen Sandstrand zu gelangen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und der Check-in lief reibungslos. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!🌞🌊 Liebe Grüße
