Waterfront holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean and had lots of added extras (cleaning products, cooking essentials, shampoo etc). Aircon was great as it was 34 degrees. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy check in with lock box. Great host, excellent communication from booking and available whenever we needed him. Short walk to the beach and tram line 2 which takes you into central nice or the airport. Explored Monaco, Cannes and Antibes easily by train and we loved Nice and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend the apartment.

Sarah and Fernanda were absolutely amazing hosts! They made sure we felt right at home, they were flexible and accommodating and the communication was great. The apartment itself is perfectly located and has everything you'll need. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful stay at Anna-Livia’s apartment! The views are so amazing and the beach access is literally 1 min away. The tram is also 2 min away and super accessible to go to the city center and other parts of nice. This will be the only place to consider on my next visit! Thanks Anna!

We had a pleasant holiday at eddy's studio. 2 minutes walk to the sea. very close to the train and bus stop. thank you for the orange juice, coffee and cake. eddy is a kind and caring host💕

We had a great stay! The flat is spacious, full of natural light, and in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall style of the place is really charming. Just a heads-up: a bit of minor maintenance is needed soon, particularly some touch-up painting in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise, a lovely experience!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment inside with a beautiful outside area. Location is also great - it’s close to the beach and a lot of different places can be reached within 30 mins. The parking spot was also a plus. Overall, we can fully recommend staying here as a family (2 kids and a baby).

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

We have just returned from a few great days in Charlotte’s wonderful house. Charlotte was an outstanding host who couldn’t have been more helpful prior to and during our visit. Her flexibility in check in and check out times and the local information she provided to us prior to our visit was particularly helpful. The availability of a garage was very useful for one of our party who drove to the accommodation. The well kept, spacious house and garden were beautiful and the air con was great. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. We had a fantastic time in Nice and we would highly recommend staying here to future visitors. A great location, a great host and a great house. Thank you very much Charlotte.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.
