Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

On the Promenade des Anglais, central, set back in a secure private road, this crossing apartment is all for you for your stay. Amazing sea view, with the beach in front, you will live at 4° in a 6 floors small building typical of Nice dating from 1928, with elevator, peaceful & cordial atmosphere. Beach is in front. Transport is at the foot. Parking for a tourism car is not a problem, electric charging stations at 50m All shops are nearby, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.
