My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (avenue Jean Médecin). Public bicycles are just outside the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach at 80 meters. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! There is free parking about 500 metres from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. Amazing sea view studio

The most famous avenue on the Riviera is the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport..The tram behind the building will take you in 10 minutes to the airport and in 5 minutes right in the city center. You will appreciate my accommodation for its stunning sea views. The studio has a very comfortable convertible bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a walk-in bathroom.. Ref: 06088009812AK
