This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (avenue Jean Médecin). Public bicycles are just outside the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach at 80 meters. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! There is free parking about 500 metres from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.
