Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Madeleine, Nice

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We stayed 4 nights in the house. It is very functional and well-appointed. The + the downstairs bedroom and the 2 toilets. We would recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

A perfect stay in Nice! The house is located on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view, quiet, ideal for relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. A big thank you to my host, extremely kind, warm and always available. Everything is easily accessible by bus or walking, as long as you are comfortable with walking. Would definitely stay again!

one of our more memorable Airbnb’s to stay in. The view was spectacular. Loved the sound of the ocean so close by. Getting an Uber to go to Nice was very manageable. I recommended it to friends who live here in France. I will plan to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment.
