Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and boy had some fantastic days at Jalils place. They loved the atmospher. Jalil was really sweet and helpful with flexible check out. They will recommend this place a lot. Note they had a car for driving to Cannes and Monaco.

Walters Home ist eine wunderbare Oase für alle die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Besonders haben uns die großzügige Terrasse, der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne gefallen! Da der beschriebene Zugang den Hang hinunter über Stock und Stein geht sind Reisetaschen definitiv die richtige Wahl und nichts für eingeschränkt mobile Gäste. Lieber Walter, auch auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft, auch die schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Had a great stay! Lovely and thoughtful host. Opposite a nice bakery, super close to the beach, and extremely close to great transport links (the main tram lines are practically on the doorstep). Lovely private balcony - made even more private (in a great way) by a pretty tree. Would definitely come again!

Fue mi primer experiencia en Europa y mi primer experiencia en AirB&B. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, súper cómodo, acogedor, completo, luminoso, lindo y limpio. La ubicación es perfecta …. A 5 min a pie del tranvía donde te podes mover al aeropuerto y por el centro de Nice, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren donde te podes mover por toda la costa azul… a 5 minutos a pie de restaurantes… a 10 min a pie de la playa y el emblemático hotel Le Negredo. Pero más allá de eso Nico y Malek son dos anfitriones espectaculares, amables y serviciales. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde abrirnos la puerta ya que por error dejamos las llaves dentro del departamento hasta permitirnos dejar las valijas en un box después del check out. Solo palabras de agradecimiento!

Beautiful apartment in Nice with 360 views, spacious, clean and comfortable - has everything you might need. We were met by our host who was so kind and helpful, he showed us how to get to the tran stop and local shop. As some people have mentioned there is a high hill to walk up, however we didn't find this a problem. It's also a really safe and quiet area. Tram into Nice just at the bottom of the hill takes around 10 mins and a lovely walk into Nice take around 35/40 mins with beautiful sea views and beach lounge bar stops on the route if you want to stop / for it to take longer. An Uber from town to the airport was 30 euros.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der hübschen Wohnung sehr genossen und bedanke mich für die Großzügigkeit, was die Ankunftszeit und die Abfahrt angeht. Ich durfte am Abflugtag bis nachmittags dort sein.

Very beautiful view and relaxing mornings and evenings. Laure is really nice and easily approachable. We didnt had any trouble whatever we need was there already in the room. It was our baby’s first bday so we had a good celebration also in her balcony as a family of 3. Overall we will highly recommend this place.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

和朋友2人在尼斯度过了4天。公寓距离火车站很近，火车站不远处也有电车车站，这使我们在尼斯的每日出行都很便利。我们也徒步到过海边，大概需要走15分钟。公寓和描述一致，干净简洁。楼里有电梯，方便我们搬运行李。我们入住的几天正好天气比较炎热，电扇、空调缓解了高温。我们也使用了洗衣机。对于3-4天的行程来说，这是性价比很高的房源。房东Florin及时地回复我的消息，给我提供了实用的信息，全程沟通顺畅。

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Super hôte très réactif . Appartement impeccable absolument rien à dire, comme sur les photos. Logement extrêmement propre ! Très belle immeuble bien fréquenté. Je vous le recommande.

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬
