Nestled in the tranquility of the Tyrolean mountain landscape, a modern holiday home welcomes you, creating a place of relaxation with clear wooden architecture, large glass fronts and natural simplicity. An open living area, three bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms offer space for togetherness and retreat. Whether on the sunny terrace, at the dining table or on a hike directly from the house – here nature lovers, peace seekers and families will find a place to breathe.

Garden apartment with mountain views, rustic and cozy

The cozy apartment in the traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and comprises a generous 81 m². In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with a sitting area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, terrace and fenced garden area.

Central bright basement apartment (small terrace in summer)

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet housing estate. The one-room apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee machine and refrigerator. Also a cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has patio furniture. Unfortunately, there is no view, but it is right at the ski bus stop.

Whether you want to explore nature on foot or by bike, hit the slopes, climb a mountain peak, or start the day with a yoga session in the garden – our small, cozy, fully equipped apartment, nestled amidst meadows is ready to welcome you to your getaway.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Alpenwald

The sun looks in the window from all sides. The apartment is warm, cozy and stylish. All rooms provide plenty of space for peace and quiet. The bathroom is a private spa, on the balcony you sit in the middle of the alpine recreation room. Why the title of Alpine Forest? The Kitzbühler Alps are outside and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine - the table, the bed, everything made by hand.

Keller-Apartment SONJA

Das kleine, aber gemütliche Keller-Apartment ist in Hart im Zillertal in ruhiger Lage und wenige Fahrminuten von Schigebieten wie Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen und Hochzillertal enfernt. Diese sind bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Unser Standort ist Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. (z. B.: Schleierwasserfall, Vogellehrpfad…) Die Erlebnistherme befindet sich ebenso im Nachbarort.

Apartment Birgit

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.

In the back of our traditional wooden house in the Tyrolean style, where there used to be a stable and barn, is the newly built design loft apartment in 2023.
