A wonderful spacious, sophisticated house, which is cozy and tastefully furnished. We were ten adults with a dog and had a great Easter weekend. Everything was to the best satisfaction. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable as a family. Supermarkets, restaurants and the ski resort were easily accessible. I'd love to come back.

In my opinion, the apartment is relatively new and very perfectly furnished and maintained. Wonderfully located in the city area of the old town of Kufstein... close to the train station... those who come by car can use the house parking area below... and then enjoy the beautiful old town, the landscape and wonderful mountains on foot or by public bus. We had a great stay at Marlies' place! The house is modern, well equipped and lays in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with lots of wood, the large window fronts overlooking the countryside and the thoughtful amenities – including a Cremesso capsule machine that makes the morning coffee perfect. Check-in via the lockbox was straightforward, and communication with Marlies was smooth and very friendly. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds comfortable, and nothing was missing. The accommodation is ideally located – quiet and yet close to Fügen and other destinations in the Zillertal. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you, Marlies, for the great hospitality!

We had an wonderful time staying here. KT was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous scenery. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed traveling with a young toddler. The farm has horses and cows which our daughter loved. Would highly recommend.

As a young group of friends, we were looking for a suitable accommodation for our ski vacation and came across Hubert's place. The apartment is beautiful, has all the amenities you need and is located in a quiet environment. Hubert is very friendly and accommodating and explained everything important to us at check-in and also gave a few recommendations. We can definitely recommend both the place and the host. We really enjoyed our stay in Niederndorf. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Cornelia was a very pleasant host, who also took our individual needs into account. The location of the accommodation to the Fleckalmbahn was unbeatable.

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described and even more than that – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Marlies was so kind, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and BEAUTIFUL. Super location, just off the slopes. A red small slope leads to the elevator in Ellmau. A ski bus stops at the property. Within walking distance you can reach the HexBar for the Apres Ski Day. The apartment is very comfortably furnished.
