The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Apartment on the 1st floor of a Tyrolean farmhouse (approx. 50 m2) for 4 people with a magnificent view of the "Wilder Kaiser", the Kitzbühel Alps and much more. It is in a quiet location at 1000 m above sea level on the edge of the forest, and yet you can be in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area in 20 minutes. The starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours, and 5 minutes from the ski slope. Parking is available. The farm is home to alpacas and two cats.

Lake Achensee is about 10 minutes by car or by the Achensee railway, which is also within walking distance of Jenbach station in about 15 minutes (1.3 km), as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good inns and shopping nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Winter: The ski areas Alpbach (20 min), Wilder Kaiser (25 min), and Zillertal (30 min) are quickly reachable by car – a new snow adventure awaits every day!

Completely renovated inside, up to 5 people can stay with us in the cottage on approx. 70 square meters, cook or barbecue together and in the evening sit comfortably by the stove or enjoy the best view on the large sun terrace.
