Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kappeln

One of favorite places to stay on Ærø! Very peaceful and convenient.

A really great house, lovingly furnished and with a great equipped kitchen. That made the stay perfect :) Great garden for sitting and playing for the children. Everything you need to switch off!

One week was far too short! The apartment is so cozy that you don't like getting out. But the sea and an eternally long beach/coast with lots of great stones, mussels, fossils drift you out. There is also a lot to see nearby and further afield for all ages. An all-round beautiful place and great hosts who have thought of everything. Gladly again!

We were warmly greeted by the neighbor upon arrival and instructed in everything important. The house was perfectly clean and even better than in the photos. The bedroom on the first floor was not open as shown in the photos but a separate room, which was perfect for our daughter. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were also very happy about the welcome gifts. Even the "Easter bunny" had thought of us and hung something on the front door. We fully recommend the place.

The house is very tidy and clean, the lake view just at sunset is beautiful and everything you need is there. The kitchen equipment is very good, rarely experienced so well in Airbnbs. Overall, the whole house is very modern. The hosts are very friendly and easy to reach. However, shopping and everything else can only be reached by car, but the entire area is very quiet. Clear recommendation!

It was a beautiful accommodation close to the Schlei, where you can feel at home. Matthias is a great host who is always happy to help. Thanks we'll be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable with Gesine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and excellently equipped. There are many great things for babies and children in particular (cot, bed rail, high chair, toys for indoors & outdoors, etc.). Dogs are also catered for. The location close to the beach, beach bar and harbour is great. The dog beach is also very easy to reach on foot. We'll be back!

We were greeted extremely friendly and personally and felt very welcome at the small estate of Martina and Christian. Not only do you live in a very stylish and cute apartment, but you can also make yourself comfortable in the large fireplace room and also benefits from a large, beautiful terrain with diverse perspectives. And the location is just amazing: the meadows, fields, the moor and the coast: everything at your doorstep! A pearl!

My best Airbnb experience so far! The apartment is really nicely designed and was super clean, bed linen and towels available and also fresh. The location is very quiet, but all shops and bakeries are within walking distance. We had the garden to ourselves, it is safely fenced and super nice to relax and grill. I have a dog that is afraid and she was also able to feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. When we arrived, there were even a few chilled drinks and snacks ready, as well as a few small things and toys for the dog. Bente was always quick to reach and very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and are grateful that we were able to spend such a nice time there. We would definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the Holnis customs house - you can immediately tell that an architect and an interior designer had a hand in it. With a great feeling for beautiful details, cool vintage furniture and a creative but restrained interior style, the host has created a very special place of well-being. Just a few steps through the garden, past the small sauna cottage, you are right by the water. Although not a fine sandy beach, there are many large rocks for climbing, our children loved it. The kitchen is fantastically equipped and the house was above average clean! We will definitely visit again!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment! :)

I find it difficult to rent out here because I am afraid that the apartment will be fully booked for the next 5 years. We had a really great weekend in Flensburg and the surrounding area. The apartment was the best I've ever rented on AirBnb. Simply everything perfect, very high quality, insanely equipped (kitchen, etc.), huge and stylish interior. A great bouquet of flowers and reception Crémant were ready. Honestly, you don't even have to go out the door, because the apartment invites you to linger and feel good with a fantastic view of the harbour. But! Flensburg is the centre of many day trips, with Sonderburg (Denmark) 40 minutes away by car, Niebüll 45 minutes away by train to Sylt, and 10 minutes to the beach at the top with a view of Denmark. In Flensburg, 5 minutes on foot to the harbour, 10 minutes directly to the city centre. Great communication with Doris and the price is completely reasonable! We'll be back! Best regards, Christian

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

It was wonderful! Even if music was running longer in the evening, that was no problem at all. Simply beautiful. It was also asked if it was okay for us that the dogs are in the garden. You could definitely have said no.

We have enjoyed the house and surroundings very much. The house is wonderfully spacious and bright with a nice garden. The area is green and quiet, city and beach are also easy to reach. Absolutely recommended!

This place is simply amazing. We rented the house (#1) and we couldn't have wished for more. The place is huge, yet cosy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well equipped that we could have prepared Christmas Dinner if we wanted to. And there's a large garden with a private area. And what's more: Jørg and Sünne were perfect hosts. They are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely a highlight for our kids was the permission to make a campfire. We most definitely recommend a stay here if you are planning to visit Ærø!

There were eight of us there and everyone had enough space, a great room and the garden is perfect for the kids! Lots of great play options! The house looks exactly like the pictures. We felt comfortable right from the start. The hosts are super nice and happy to help. We will be happy to come back!😊

We had the most wonderful Ascension weekend at Vestergaard with Kirsten as host. It all went super easy. The cottage is very charmingly renovated and with many good rooms, where you can easily sleep many. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works as it should. Vestergaard is also very conveniently located if you have a car/bicycle with you. You are located in the middle of the island, so all edges of Ærø can be reached with short distance. Huge recommendation from here.

We stayed with our two little sons in Lasse's house and felt very comfortable. Especially the large garden was great for our boys. Overall, the house was very clean and everything was as described. We highly recommend the place and the surrounding area. Thank you!

“It really is a castle!” was the response of the travel companions. And that's for sure! Beautiful location, clean, lovely sturdy beds and very spacious (bath) rooms. Plenty of space to sit, play games or get a breath of fresh air outside. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of crockery so that not every person can use a piece. What I personally liked is that each room has the option to open 1 or more windows. This keeps it wonderfully fresh on slightly warmer days. In the villages nearby, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Enough offer to pick up your belongings on the spot. Check-in can be done digitally at your own time. Wonderful.
