"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere.
