The completely renovated thatched cottage on Hohwachter Bay combines tradition with modernity. With a lot of love for detail, the historic building was extensively renovated and furnished in a contemporary style. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, 4 smart TVs with streaming services (Sky) and Netflix, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, underfloor heating, a garden with terrace, balcony and good sea views. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi and a garden house are provided.
