The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The bright living room and the south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. Surrounded by greenery, our "Lille Skov" lies in the village of Rabenkirchen-Faulück, just a few kilometers away from Schlei and the Baltic Sea. For up to 4 people, the lovingly renovated cottage offers a lot of comfort and modern amenities. On the large south-facing terrace, you can take an extensive sunbath and enjoy the magnificent views of the large garden, which is completely fenced. There is a parking space in front of the house. Barbecue available. 1 dog is allowed

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

The holiday apartments in our manor house, newly created in 2019, are perfect for a vacation in the countryside! Here you will find not only enough space for rest and relaxation, but also a beautiful view of the inner courtyard or the park-like garden by the mill pond. The apartments are designed in a modern Scandinavian style – many elements are custom-made. Tables, chairs and deck chairs are available in the garden and on the terrace by the Mühlensee.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea, surrounded by water

The Bollwark residence is located directly by the sea on the Nordmole in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, surrounded by water on three sides. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk away, right in front of the entrance door. Our modern 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is comfortably furnished and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Our apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a guest toilet.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
