The stylishly renovated, well-equipped holiday apartment on the first floor, renovated in 2020, is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the Schlei and Baltic Sea region independently. There is a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 daybed, as well as another daybed in the living room. The apartment with laminate and real wood parquet can accommodate 2–4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and Netflix. All the important points of interest are very close by. The apartment is unsuitable for (small) children due to the steep stairs.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The bright living room and the south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Spacious house with terrace & garden

If you want to have a great time in a large group, this house is the right place. It can accommodate 10 people. The kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier and pleasant. The sun can be enjoyed on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Fjord house on the Schlei, Kappeln, 6 people

The house is in a quiet location, only separated by a cul-de-sac from the Schlei. The apartment is on two floors. The upstairs living area offers a panoramic view to the west over the Schlei. The kitchen, open dining and living area and terrace also have a water view. The three bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds are located on both floors, each directly next to one of the shower bathrooms. There is a private terrace in front of the kitchen.

Holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea, surrounded by water

The Bollwark residence is located directly by the sea on the Nordmole in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, surrounded by water on three sides. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk away, right in front of the entrance door. Our modern 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is comfortably furnished and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Our apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a guest toilet.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

Apartment right on the Schlei

This newly renovated, quiet apartment for two people impresses with its unique location directly on the Schlei - and is still centrally located. From the living room (with panoramic window) the loggia (with awning) leads off, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Schlei and the Schleibrücke. The city center (pedestrian zone) is about a 5-minute walk. We only rent to absolute non-smokers (not even on the loggia!) and without pets!

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
