Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

Das fast 100 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt auf 1200m Seehöhe und verfügt über eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die Berglandschaft der Gegend. Das Haus ist Großteils im original Zustand, jedoch ohne auf jeglichen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Elektroherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Badezimmer, WLAN, TV mit Magenta TV und Fire TV Stick ist alles vorhanden.
