We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

This was my first air bnb and Judy was a great first host. She was always quick to respond and accommodate us when we had questions throughout our stay. Highly recommended! The security to the building is very friendly, the view of the city is peaceful, and the walk to the mall is so short and covers a lot of your needs while vacationing

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts are accommodating and replies fast! They even let us extend our stay for a few hours. It stormed during our stay and the power went off, the hosts checked up on us and made sure we are okay. 💯🥰

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

Great place! Very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze and the location was perfect. Very clean as well.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

The unit looks the same in the pictures and description; easy to navigate and walkable to Festive Mall. It has a homey vibe that is good for staycation. The host - Adrien is friendly, responsive, kind-hearted and thoughtful. The welcome package freebies was greatly appreciated. We had enjoyed our time in Iloilo (especially my Mom) mainly because of Adrien's unit. Thank you! 😊

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The whole place was very clean and had everything I needed. I was very near my friend's place which was super convenient. I recommend Julius' place for anyone who wants to discover Iloilo. The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the pool and more local things to do. The condo is very comfortable with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. We were looking for a relaxing stay and this property fit the bill. Overall it was a pleasant holiday for us. This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.

Great place. Near the center, just one Grab away. Near SB. Amenities are top-notch. Spacious and has lots of beds.
