Holiday rentals with a pool in Iloilo City

Best place to stay in Iloilo. It was very clean, spacious and we had everything we needed during our stay. I was with senior citizens and they liked it so much as they feel so relaxed during our stay. The place was really cozy and comfy. Definitely recommended. Also, Ms. Regina was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Ms. Regina!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

The place was great. Very clean and peaceful, walking distance lang din with the venue ng event na pupuntahan namin. Yung staff dun, very approachable and the host provided clear instructions naman on how to check in. Hope we can stay again sa next race.

Great place, location, and host. The loft area is a great use of space. Has all the amenities needed as well as kitchen appliances/utensils. Family friendly. Conveniently located - Festive mall and K-town area are easily walkable. Convenience stores are nearby, as well as a 24h bakery.

I stayed here for a workcation, and it was a fantastic experience. Check-in was seamless, and the room looked exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunsets every afternoon. A 7/11 is just a short 3-minute walk away, making it easy to grab anything you need, and there’s a great coffee shop right next to it.

Me & My friends enjoyed our stay, The Room was spacious enough for 4 people, Ms.Grace was able to accommodate an additional 2 people staying in the room in short notice which I do appreciate. The Wifi was also stable enough for me to work there as well, I also worked in the balcony which was really nice because the brisk of fresh air always was so refreshing.

We had a great time staying at Rio's condo. Rio and Ld were very responsive and even let us check in early since the unit was ready when we arrived. The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. I'm so happy I chose this unit over others I saw – we were very satisfied! It was easy to get to restaurants, and both 7/11 and Coffee Bean were just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry service that delivers right to your door, which was really convenient. The condo is close to SM Iloilo City and Festive Walk Mall, which I loved. I also liked being able to cook in the unit, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out. The pool access was a nice touch. Our 5-day stay was too short, and I wish we could stay longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book this place again when we return to Iloilo.

The place has walking distance to some attractions. I can also enjoy the view outside from the room. It also has every utensils I need for cooking my own meals. The wifi is also super fast. Stayed for 4D3N, will definitely book this place again once I visit iloilo. The host is also easy to communicate with. ❤️ Thank you so much.

So, I stayed again at Rayhma and Steven's condominium unit at The Palladium during the Dinagyang season. This is my home when I am in my beloved hometown Iloilo. Lots of activities around the area - concerts, food stalls, fireworks, and Ilomination parade - yet it is peaceful and quiet at the 17th floor, giving us that homely and comfortable experience. The view from the balcony never gets old. On clear day you can see as far as the towering mountains of Negros Island and in contrast appreciate the rain as it glides through the city and Guimaras Island. We had the most amazing view of SM City fireworks across the floodlights coming from bars and clubs during the festivities. The unit itself is well maintained, spotless, and has all the conveniences a staying guest requires. I can never thank you enough, Steven and Rayhma for accomodating my requests. from out of hours check in and check out to facilitating a car pass. You can not ask for a more friendly and responsive hosts.
