The place is perfect to travellers who love to walk to tourist destinations. Molo Plaza, church and mansion is just a 15-20min walk. Also, it is one jeepney ride to Festive Walk where you can walk around K-Town and visit the Brandy museum.

Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

As usual the place is perfect. Two rooms for the price of one, a separate full kitchen with spacious balcony, inclusive parking (this alone costs $$$ in other places but here it's free!!! ) large desks for WFH in each room, nice new TV... Walking distance from the mall, a hidden gem of a cafe in the subdivision.... The kitchen with balcony was great for our cook-outs and hanging out with friends and relatives, and on top of that a caring and responsive host! This has now become our home away from home in Iloilo. So lucky to have discovered MJ's Airbnb many years ago. Value-wise it really really really can't be beat!

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The whole place was very clean and had everything I needed. I was very near my friend's place which was super convenient. I recommend Julius' place for anyone who wants to discover Iloilo. Rene's unit made our Bacolod stay very happy, safe and comfortable. It surpassed our expectation. More than the usual basics though are these little surprises, a jug of drinking water, a lint roller, detergent powder, coffee, sugar etc. ( our first time to have these in an Airbnb ) The hosts were very responsive and helpful. So when in Bacolod, check this out. You would love staying in this place.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.

Great place. Near the center, just one Grab away. Near SB. Amenities are top-notch. Spacious and has lots of beds.
