Hola, welcone! Great for long term rent arrangement with discounted rate. This cozy one- bedroom apartment is conveniently located to Cebu City’s top attractions and amenities. Only few mins walk to food stalls /local transport links. The place has been furnished beautifully and features an open-plan kitchen/living area and a lovely balcony. This is NOT in a gated subdivision, but in a open neighbourhood, where locals are friendly and welcoming… The real authentic local vibe culture.

For a party of six, we can transform the living room into another one of the bedrooms for you to use. Please refer to the listing price for more than four guests. However, our unit doesn't have a designated space for PARKING. And it's difficult for us to find a spot for you to park.
