Centrally located and family-friendly space. Very clean and quiet The location is located near Marigondon 4 streets, and there are 1 room on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second floor in the main house. It has a spacious living room on the first and second floors. In the evening, the pool is charming with very pretty lighting, there are 3 house helpers, it is safe, and the night view lights and landscaping are very pretty at night. It is a private pool villa that is not sensitive to the noise of guests, and there are two rooms in the annex on the first floor, so family guests prefer it a lot. It's good for a lechon party and barbecue in a very spacious garden. There is a Filipino-style gazebo and an open garden, so there is no frustration. If you use it with the Sunny Pool Villa next door, you can use it as 9 rooms, and if you open the door in the middle, it will be a house. Helpers reside in the building next to the front door, so you can enter at any time. We provide a free barbecue grill and help you dress up, and we provide a free laundry service.

The villa was easy to locate since it was right along the road. It had all the amenities and features we needed, with the well-equipped kitchen being a standout. We also really enjoyed the pool—it was clear and well-maintained. The caretakers were also very responsive and kind. The only minor issues were the occasional low water pressure in the bathrooms and the presence of flies, particularly in the dining area. Despite that, our overall experience was truly wonderful!

The host is very responsive, accommodating! We also appreciate them for always giving consideration to our requests. The place is beautiful, perfect for big groups of gatherings. Tho, location wise a bit far from town. Transportation wise, it’s more convenient if you have your own car. Other than that, ALL GOOD! We had a beautiful time having our Youth Workshops here, by the way this is our second time getting the place! For sure, we will keep coming back! 😊

Everything was fine , well decorated,spacious, well facilitated, accessible area,good photo spots and good for group of friends for vacation. But the place has beds for 7 people and one has to sleep on the couch for our group of 8 people. The caretakers are helpful and easily accessible. The main bedroom has AC but the second bedroom has a fan only, it would be more convenient to have AC in the second bedroom. There is no mosquitoes or bugs in the late evening at outdoor areas and quite convenient due to its weather even in the summer time .

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^
