Beachfront holiday rental in Cebu City

I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

I think it's a good place to stay for the price. The area around the accommodation is quiet, so it's good to rest, and if there's a problem, the manager responds quickly.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

The entire stay was great, with all the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The room had a nice view of the pool, adding a relaxing ambiance to the stay. The unit owner was very accommodating and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for a short getaway, offering both comfort and convenience.

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!

It's a great place to stay, and the host kindly responds. I also appreciate the prompt action. However, the attitude of the staff was a little disappointing.

Farah'a place is exactly as described and a great location for a short break. it's right beside Angasil port for island hopping with plenty of good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend it and would stay again. Farah is very proactive and quick to help. many thanks Farah 😊

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Cant imagine a better deal for a place to yourself. Beautiful view on the balcony place was clean and welcoming the area had everything you would need, and a brand new shopping area nearly complete nearby. 9.5 out of 10 in this category

MiCasa was clean, exactly like the pictures, and communication with Chris was super easy! Small details made us feel right at home in Lapu-Lapu: snacks when we arrived, coffee and tea for the morning, Smart TV, strong AC, and an efficient washer. There’s a nice partial ocean view from the balcony! MiCasa is steps away from Tambuli, which Chris has resort passes available to for a small extra charge. Getting a ride through Grab and calling a taxi is easy when you want to go explore. Very secure! There was security at the entrance to the property and inside the lobby at all times. We would definitely stay again.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.
