Tata Rock 4710. Brutalist-inspired Filipino home

Dagos tabi kamo sa Tata Rock 4710! The house draws inspiration from Brutalist architecture—its form and texture echoing the greyish-white sands of Buenavista Beach. Many of the pieces you’ll find here were lovingly repurposed from our grandparents’ ancestral homes and our family house in Pinontingan. In our effort to live more sustainably, we sourced most furnishings from local artisans, secondhand markets, surplus stores, and even junk shops, each item carrying its own story and charm.

Kamalig native hut

Enjoy your stay away from the main tourist strip. Only 15 min drive to Lazi and 20 min to San Juan. This beautiful and clean native hut is located in the mountains surrounded by nature. The hut has a loft area for sleeping, private bathroom, kitchen area and lovely terrace with seating area, garden view and privacy. The owner lives in the premises in a separate house (will meet and look after you during your stay) together with the friendly pets Mango, Micky and Morito.

The Villa is elevated, fully airconditioned and offers from the marble clad terrace a beautiful view of Apo Island, the world renowned diving paradise. The property Cottage is equipped with a queen size bed, aircon, fridge and shower. This must be requested in advance if needed.
