I had an amazing stay at this condo unit! The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay in Iloilo. The place is near to the restaurants we’re looking forward to dine in (eg, Tatoy’s, Netong’s). There’s a number of nearby pasalubong places and walkable spots within the city such as a Biscocho House branch and the Esplanade. The place also was cool, windy, and safe. The unit is clean and the guards are kind and hospitable.

The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 6 people. The property has a very good location, it's very accessible. Restaurants, malls, are just walking distance. Checking in was also easy as the caretaker is also there to wait for us when we check in, also very responsive. When we needed an extra blanket, it was easily provided to us. If we ever be in Iloilo again, this is the place we would like to rent again. Highly recommended!

Clean, friendly host and near Molo and Mandurriao.

Listing was accurate and room was comfortable. Megaworld Mall close by, and Grab and trikes available to get around. Easy communication.

Stayed for two nights, place was really clean and well equipped. The provisions given were amongst the most generous a host could be here in Airbnb. I was also granted free parking access for my motorcycle which is rare. I liked the separation from the living area and the bedroom and I loved that BOTH spaces have their own TV and AIR-CONDITIONING. Great location in the heart of the city, good internet connection and extremely nice place to stay at. 10/10

Karen's place is definitely a great place to stay in Iloilo, though it may be not walking distance with tourists attractions in the city, we love the view in our place. We loved how the cabinets have labels which makes it easy to find things we need like condiments, utensils, and such. All appliances are working, it also have good wifi connection. Will definitely book her place again once we visit again Iloilo. Thanks, Karen!

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to esplanade. Communication was seamless! Mary was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Overall a wonderful place, we would recommend it to anyone.

This is the second time I have stayed in this place. The place is very convenient to where you want to go. I am taking the regular public transportation and just in front of the gate. Wanting I also love are fully secured and very safe since several security guards are on duty. All the guards were all friendly and very helpful. I was also thankful to Jerome who assisted me though I checked in very late in the evening. This place is highly recommended to my family and friends. Thank you Joemari!

Jasmin and Phil's place is the right way to go if you want a peaceful but exciting stay in Iloilo. It has a lot of amenities and a very complete kitchen. It's a plus also that there is a karaoke in the unit, and also the card and table games available. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back again for a much chill stay. Phil and Jasmin are easy to talk to, and they always reapond to our inquiries. Thank you so much!
