Condo holiday rentals in Western Visayas

Hotelier here! Allow me to leave an honest review from our recent stay. Our experience was relaxing, especially since we were on leave from our usual work. However, since it was month-end, we still had to work on some side hustle reports. The room was spacious and well-equipped—they provided towels, tissues, liquid soap, a gallon of water, a refrigerator, an electric fan, a separate window-type air conditioner, Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, a walk-in shower, a toilet with a bidet, and a dining table (they have utensils, rice cooker, electric stove, etc.). Generally, I will choose to stay here again than to stay in a hotel. Looking forward to more business with you. Sa uulitin and maraming salamat!

1000 characters is not enough to express how much my partner and I enjoyed our stay. The location may not be as convenient as other stays that are near the stations (1,2,3,beachfront), but the comfort, peaceful neighborhood (great for remote work), friendly host, POOL access, has a washer/dryer, and BIDET make up for it. What you see online is even better in person. The place is also accessible via the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, direct stop. Totally worth the price and I will surely rebook if I return to Boracay.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

It was so helpful to have a jug of water already at the place with a dispenser, as well as some coffee and some snacks so that when we get on in we didn’t have to worry the next morning! Place was clean and the AC’s worked amazing

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Kuya John and Kuya Adrian's apartment were better than photos. It's clean, cozy and homey. They have been responsive to my querries and make sure that all requests have been addressed properly. Also, they offered to drove us from terminal to the apartment with no extra cost. No pressure with the check out time time too. The place was near terminal and Robinsons Mall. They have made our stay worth while. I highly recommend their place for your future trips. I'll be back for sure.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and near to the transport hub, which made commuting very convenient. It’s a nice and comfortable place overall. Would gladly stay here again.

Thank you for having us stay at your residence. Very walkable and surrounded by many amenities. There's a Gold's Gym and a 7-Eleven right by and Festive Walk is a sight away. We hope to use your unit again in the near future!

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

We had a wonderful stay at Rowena’s place! The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and it smelled fresh the moment we walked in. The location is great and very walkable, making it easy to get around. Rowena was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
