Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Iloilo City

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Best place to stay in Iloilo. It was very clean, spacious and we had everything we needed during our stay. I was with senior citizens and they liked it so much as they feel so relaxed during our stay. The place was really cozy and comfy. Definitely recommended. Also, Ms. Regina was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Ms. Regina!

Had a nice stay. Worth the money.. Might come back again when I visit IloIlo again. My only wish is another shelf or hooks for clothes, shelf that is wider than what is existing in the bathroom. 5 stars!

Clean room and comfort rooms. Very nice interior designs. Took lots of photos.

They anticipate your needs and have everything ready for you before you even ask. They suggest proactively to make things easier and more comfortable. We have 3 dogs and everyone was always helpful and friendly towards them, not just us humans. They have their own dogs but they're all secure in their own living spaces. The beagle that freely roams around is friendly. They have everything you could possibly need or forget to bring. The location is at a dead end, hence the privacy. The noise you'll mostly hear is the pleasurable rustling of the trees since it is cool/windy at the garden, balcony and the driveway/parking area. Plenty of safe space for parking. Separate toilet and shower, not much wait time to use either in the 10 days we stayed. Internet was stable for the most part. We appreciate all the help, recommendarions and suggestions we got. This is a haven for us pet pawrents.

They were so accommodating from start to our last day of stay! We arrived a bit early, and they let us drop our bags after coming from the airport so we could enjoy our tour without carrying heavy luggage. The place was easy to find (it’s on Google Maps! ☺️), clean, comfortable, and convenient since it had almost everything we needed. The host was also very responsive. Mabilis din ang wifi, which was very important for us na working :) My family had a great time, and we’ll definitely stay again when we return to Iloilo. 💯

This apartment is great for families. My husband, mom, 18-month old, and I stayed here for about 2 weeks visiting nearby family. I specifically booked this place since it seemed toddler-friendly. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, 2-feet pool for toddlers, and a nice playground and playroom for toddlers as well. My daughter was asking to go swimming and go to the playground everyday. When we weren’t visiting family, it was nice to have something for my daughter to do that was nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. If we ever had any issues, Jessica was quick to respond. Our only complaint is that the internet speed was very slow during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Nice city view from the cozy balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Iloilo city with nearby restaurants, malls and tourists spots. Communication was seamless! Ailyn was so responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable.

Miss Zyra was very responsive to my queries and requests. She’s also considerate and let us check in although we are more than the number of the guests booked. The place is nice and the view is beautiful. Would recommend the place and will surely book the place again in the future!

Great place. Pretty modern and clean. The only bummer is that we had 6 people but they only provided 4 towels. There was also no extra hand towels. And although there were 4 beds to accommodate 6 people, Only 3 beds had bed sheets. The 4th one didn't have any and there were no spare ones either. Overall nice homey place!

Second time to stay here. Felt right at home especially with all the things I need while travelling such as fast and secure internet access, netflix and toiletries. Hosts are super responsive. Communication is always great. Will definitely recommend.

Nice host and communicative. There was an issue with the internet going down for a day, but it was resolved the next day after I notified the host. 3,000p security deposit is necessary for staying here. I like that it was quiet even though next to the road. Small issue with the Amazon Fire TV losing internet connection, but I was able to restore the connection by restarting the device.

Ms. Sel is very accommodating and regularly checks if you need anything during your stay. She is also very responsive to questions, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free. One suggestion would be to consider replacing some appliances, like the rice cooker, if possible. However, the unit itself is clean and well-maintained, with extra cleaning materials available. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely book again!

The place is clean and matches the host's description. There was just a minor issue during check-in, but it was resolved immediately. It is a comfortable place to stay and very accessible since it's just a short walk from the Festive Mall.

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.
