The owner was approachable and very accommodating. Despite what happened (not related to the place and owner), my stay was worth it.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

We just loved our stay here. It was great to go back to the unit after a full day of activities exploring Iloilo.

The place was very clean. And the security guards at the building are fantastic. I needed to get some repairs done on the unit while I was there and the maintenance department repaired these problems immediately. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There are several restaurants and shops that you can easily walk to as well as a commercial gym. Korina was outstanding with communication and instructions. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Best place to stay in Iloilo. It was very clean, spacious and we had everything we needed during our stay. I was with senior citizens and they liked it so much as they feel so relaxed during our stay. The place was really cozy and comfy. Definitely recommended. Also, Ms. Regina was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Ms. Regina!

Pauline is very welcoming and communication is excellent. Location is good, I am familiar with the area so I walk to all major establishments.

My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. Though the cabinets and furnitures isn’t that well maintained but the price is still reasonable.

We stayed for 2 weeks here and I can say that this place is highly recommended. It’s a little bit far but still accessible in terms of grab car. There’s also an E-bike inside the subdivision incase gusto mo mag commute. The place was clean and peaceful as well. Medjo matagal lang lumamig yung aircon kaya as much as possible kung nasa bahay ka lang wag mo nalang i-off hehe. It was a great stay, thank you po and God bless!

You'll be staying at the second floor. Two rooms and a living room. Great for a huge # of guests 8-12, but idk what's the limitation of the host. Place is clean, but restroom light can be improved. Host was very accommodating and responsive to texts/calls/inquiries thru the app. Overall, I would definitely come back.

I recommend this apartment, great swimming pool

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

Cleanliness: Property is well-kept. Bed linens and towels provided are fresh. Location: Perfect spot at the heart of the city. Few walks away from Lagoon Park and Mcdonald’s. Ayala Mall and Bacolod’s finest food places are just few blocks away. Host Communication: Maria and her team is very responsive since from the start of my inquiry until my check-out. Very polite and kind to my requests. Check-in/Check-out Process: Checking in and out is very easy. Amenities: The internet is fast which is perfect for my work needs. They also have Netflix and Prime video. The pool is quite a view in the roof deck but it’s quite small and may get crowded at some time. Comfort: Nice bed and sofa bed is a plus. Value for Money: This is much affordable than staying in the hotel Noise Level: The place is quiet as we are in the upper floor. Nearby rooms are quiet as well. Overall Experience: We had a lovely stay at Maria’s condo. Small but functional place. Bang for a buck

The place was exactly as described. This unit was really what i wanted with big windows and lots of windows. Accessible to the town and easy to navigate.

The location was superb to me. I like the peaceful neighborhood of the condo and the accessibility of the shops around - grocery, pharmacy, restos/eateries are just a stone's throw away. I just hope they could improve on the internet connectivity because what we had was just a prepaid wifi and signal was intermittent. Internet connection is very important to me because I usually travel while also working online during the wee hours of the night. Overall, my family loved the place. The owner was also courteous and responsive.
