Here, there is peace and quiet in the countryside, but it is a short distance to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It's only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed, but we can make up extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase up. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Small cozy apartment opposite restaurant & pub

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Svarta huset

Newly built guest house of 25 m2, centrally located in Skanör with Falsterbo - close to the beach, nature, restaurants, Skanör harbour, Falsterbo Horse Show, Falsterbo Bird Show, Flommen Golf Club, Falsterbo Golf Club, bus connections and grocery store. If you arrive by car there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of electric car chargers and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Sheets & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, Bose Bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Close to the beach in Kämpinge

Entire apartment! Hall with 3 closets. 1 staircase up (the staircase can be experienced as somewhat steep) you will find the apartment. Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, stove and Nespresso machine. Dining table with 4 seats. Sofa bed with associated table and TV and Sonos speakers. 120 cm bed placed in a niche creates a cozy feeling! The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine/dryer. 200 meters from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches and 1.5 km to Höllviken Centrum.

With us, you are close to most things, a kilometer-long sandy beach, a mall with a large grocery store, liquor stores and shops, a center with restaurants and service shops (hairdresser, naprapath, beauty salons), tennis courts, paddle tennis and several beautiful golf courses. An incredibly beautiful holiday destination – all year round. Close to Denmark and Copenhagen, the Måkläppen nature reserve for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.
