The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings on the river Tovdal. The apartment has been completely refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. This place is great for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are designed for two families on a hike, but are also great for a buddies fishing trip. The river Tovdal is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are taken both up and down the river.

Small apartment above double garage is rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hot plates.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping brisks. Plating with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.
