Living room on the 1st floor with projector that gives you a cinema feeling at home. The main bathroom on the 1st floor has both a hot tub and a large shower with steam and IR sauna. Here you will also find toys, board games and xbox 360 as well as exercise equipment. The attic living room has a day bed and can be used as a bedroom. The bedrooms have blinds. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental for stays longer than 5 days.

Long, shallow beach that's perfect for little ones. Large lawn with a trampoline by the beach. SUP boards and kayaks are available for hire. By boat, you can reach Norway's most beautiful archipelago, which is made up of many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

Older detached house for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.
