Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer.
