Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located near the lake. Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

There are good bus connections, about 10 minutes by bus to Arendal city center and about 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Zoo.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.

Apartment on the waterfront with paddle board and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.
