The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. We rent out our Sørland house in idyllic and historic Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresque southern idyll with great views of Galtesund and Arendal. Two minutes walk to the ferry dock, where the charming passenger ferry "Kolbjørn" takes you to/from Arendal city center in a few minutes several times an hour. Nice bathing opportunities nearby and a short distance to pearls such as Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva etc. Charming and sheltered terrace and garden with sun from morning to evening. Perfect for fun on late summer evenings.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

Grimstad: Cabin close to the sea

Modern cabin with lake view and all amenities, on Vessøyneset, between Arendal (10 min) and Grimstad (10 min). Built in 2015, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large, open living room/kitchen solution. Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
