A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . There is free parking

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.
