The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Large and spacious, child-friendly house in a quiet area near the sea. Large veranda with barbecue and seating area, jacuzzi for up to 8 people and 98" TV with a great sound system for perfect movie nights. 🌟Great sleeping areas, a large outdoor area and several free parking spaces. Historical fortress from the war and a frisbee golf course right by the house. The bus to the city centre departs 200 metres away, the ferry 2 km away, and the city centre can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Great area for both relaxation and adventures☀️🤩

Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. The front door is a copy of an old door from a log building nearby. The apartment is made with multi-use in mind and is very flexible. Here you can accommodate office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and rental Airbnb. Here is max space for two adults.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs.
