Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy apartment in the city center by the sea and 2 parking spaces

Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

Southern idyll

Bright, pleasant apartment, with a lovely view over Arendal town fjord. It is newly renovated, fully furnished, has a smart TV (though, without channels) and free wifi. It is only 2 min walk to the city center and Norway's first floating pool. From the city one can take a ferry to eg. Merdø. The apartment has a nice patio with its own barbecue, table and chairs and an amazing view. The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
