Our stylish 1-bedroom apartments with a terrace or balcony offer approx. 35 m² of space for up to 2 people. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), which guarantees a restful sleep. The bright living area flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures and a shower. Depending on the apartment, a spacious terrace or balcony is available for guests' use.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Our holiday home is located directly in the middle between the Bansiner and Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a large Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Our stylish Deluxe Suites offer approximately 70 m² of space for up to 4 people. They have two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm). They also offer a modern bathroom with shower and private sauna, as well as a stylish living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, guests can relax on the balcony or terrace.

Limone is a spacious one-room apartment for two. The apartment has a kitchenette (two-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishes), bathroom and sunny terrace.
