Our beautiful, listed bathroom architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are in the current state of the art and are comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments include a balcony or terrace. When the weather allows, you can open the windows in the entire width. You can also enjoy the great sea view from the sauna and kitchen. Kitchen is a class of its own. Equipped with Gaggenau professional equipment and plenty of space for numerous helping hands. Take a seat with your family or friends at the spacious table and enjoy a delicious espresso from the fully automatic coffee maker after dinner. On one of the three balconies in the attic you will always find a nice place. And if the weather is not so good, just sit in a comfortable English leather armchair and just look at the Baltic Sea or in the beautiful fireplace. On the lower floor of the island loft (1st floor), you will find two bedrooms with double beds and wonderful sea views. Both bedrooms are of course equipped with a television. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which leaves nothing to be desired. A large walk-in shower with ceiling shower is provided as well as a magnificent bathtub. A sofa in the bathroom to make yourself comfortable.

Welcome to our Kate in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate and Meer – at the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our monument-protected Kate by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The Kate was built about 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family of Mönkebude and used for living until about 1982. Today, our guests recover between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay plastered walls and under the beautiful Reeth roof on about 80 square meters of living space.
