Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad + Küche wurden in 2025 erneuert. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.
